In order to find you the best tenant, we will:
- ✔ Review local market/determine optimum rent
- ✔ Schedule and attend all viewings
- ✔ Complete credit checks/tenant screening
- ✔ Market available units
- ✔ Place a professional “For Rent” sign at the property
- ✔ Provide all required leasing forms (rental application/guarantor form)
- ✔ Process and review all applications (references/credit checks etc.)
- ✔ Prepare Schedules as necessary
- ✔ Sign the lease and all schedules with the tenant
- ✔ Collect First and Last month’s rent deposit
- ✔ Arrange for any maintenance required, if necessary prior to tenancy
